We, at World Prayr, pray that just as you believe that God used His mighty POWER “In the Beginning…”; you also BELIEVE that by GRACE He used His mighty POWER to, forever, wash away our sins, when Jesus on the cross said, “IT IS FINISHED”. Be blessed by this powerful book, “Walking in God’s Grace….Practical Answers to Tough Questions”
Enjoy this excerpt from Walking in God’s Grace…
This is the reason for which we were created, to be a part of God’s family. Unfortunately, due to the sin of one man (Adam), that family was broken. So instead of being naturally born into God’s family, as some may teach, we were instead born cast off from God’s family.

I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my loving eye on you.
We all live life like we will live forever and don’t take care of our bodies as Christ would want us to. I feel like life is very short and God has given us each bodies as His temple.
I am not saying I have always felt like this because I haven’t. However, the older I get the more I realize I don’t use this temple that God has blessed me with as He would have me do. This can be in many ways. Not eating right, not exercising, taking and using things to an excess.

I took a break Saturday from wrestling with God over the election results. I did something that didn’t seem to serve any present need in the world. It didn’t minister to my kids or my church. It didn’t further my writing ministry or help any of my community college math students. Instead, my parents watched my boys for the day so I could go out on a boat and help with a NOAA survey of inland bottlenose dolphins in Hilton Head, South Carolina. Knowing my love for marine mammals, my dad in particular encouraged me to do it despite my feelings of guilt for bailing on my parents and kids.
In his letter to the Romans, Paul spent eleven chapters presenting Christian doctrine. It was pretty important to him that his parishioners learn the truth.
However, Paul’s intent was not to create “puffed up” theologians who would feel holy and accomplished because they could understand weighty concepts, quote big words, and dwarf less equipped opponents in theological debates.
Paul’s purpose in teaching was that his heaters may learn to sacrificially live. Hear Paul’s words…

2 Kings 6:17
“Then the LORD opened the servant’s eyes, and he looked and saw the hills full
of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha.”
Have you ever felt all alone? Like God is nowhere to be found in the midst of your current circumstances?
I recently read the account of the prophet Elisha’s servant, Gehazi in 2 Kings and I was reminded that even when we can’t see it, God is at work in our lives, working details out on our behalf.

The writer of wisdom in Ecclesiastes said that God has set eternity in the hearts of all men (Ecclesiastes 3:11). This is why within all of us; is the search for purpose, meaning, the desire to feel good about ourselves, to know that we matter, to be respected and counted worthy. Helplessly, we struggle to find these things in our lives.
The reason we struggle is that we were meant to find those things in a vertical relationship with God. Not in horizontal relationships with those who walk on this blue marble with us. This is why our brokenness exhibits itself the most in our relationships…
