Who Are We To Question God

by Jess Dixon

As we go through life there are things that happen that we don’t understand.

For example, we could be on our way home and our usual route home could be unexpectedly blocked, which could demand that we look for an alternative route home.

This unexpected turn of events could necessitate that we take an unusual route that might bring a bit of discomfort.

The usual response is to blame God for allowing it to happen to us.

But has it  ever crossed your mind that God might have allowed this temporary inconvenience in the form of a road block to happen to you in order to steer you clear from an impending accident that could be fatal?

Don’t we all have the unfortunate habit of questioning or blaming the Almighty God whenever we are faced with a challenging situation like sicknesses or loss of converted jobs and promising careers, or the failure to get the job we so much desire?

You see we are not in any position to question the integrity of God in any of these situations.

We are His creation and He is the all knowing God. He knows before something happens to us, and He is right beside us when it happens.

Have you ever heard the saying, don’t put a question mark where God puts a period?

It is never easy but with a little Faith and a lot of Prayer we can do it.

Just remember that whatever God allows to happen to you is for a reason and whatever He doesn’t allow to happen to you is also for a reason.

Always keep the Faith and when we fall down we are always in the perfect position to Pray.

Look unto God, the Author and Finisher of our faith.
